After his training as bank business management assistant at Deutsche Bank AG, Thomas Gräfe studied law in Berlin. He served his legal clerkship there and was licensed to practice as lawyer in 1992. At the management of a typical medium-sized enterprise with about 100 employees, he acquired legal and entrepreneurial experience. In 1996, he joined the partnership in Berlin and became a partner in 2000.
