Ralf Schulz completed his studies in Trier and Freiburg and served his legal clerkship in Berlin. During his study already, he worked for a London-based law firm and a South-German family-owned enterprise. In the course of his legal clerkship, he worked for the American law firm Larkin, Hoffmann, Dale & Lindgren in Minneapolis. In 1991, Ralf Schulz joined the law firm in Berlin and has been a partner since 1999.
He is specialized in real-property law, in particular in commercial landlord-and-tenant law and contract-design law. He advises domestic and foreign real-property owners in the acquisition/sale as well as in the administration of the real property. Furthermore, his activities focus on liability law, law relating to economic administration and in the conduct of litigations.
