Michael Becker is practicing as a lawyer since 2001. After completing the second state law examination and the Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law (LL.M.) in the USA he worked as a lawyer with Allen & Overy in Frankfurt am Main for more than 13 years. Subsequently, he worked as in-house counsel for an exchange listed real estate company where he worked on the company’s IPO, bond issues and numerous real estate transactions. Since 2018 is also practicing as notary. His focus as notary and lawyer is real estate, corporate and capital markets law.
