Marco Kläring is a lawyer and notary and as well as a certified expert in commercial and corporate law.

He advises and represents companies and entrepreneurs (national and international) in commercial law matters with a focus on corporate law (formation of companies, advice to shareholders, private equity, venture capital, M&A) and real estate law, in particular in drafting contracts, structuring and implementing real estate transactions as well as in civil and corporate law disputes.

Marco Kläring's notarial work covers the entire spectrum of notarial services, in particular in the real estate sector (real estate transactions and project development, mortgages, financing, residential and partial ownership) as well as in corporate law (company formation, corporate actions, restructuring, M&A, transformation processes and corporate succession).
