Our senior partner Dieter Wallenfels joined the law firm Dr. Hans Franzen in 1964 after studying law in Marburg and Frankfurt/M. Since 1966, he has been a partner of the law firm and, in 1975, he was appointed notary public.
 
For many years, Dieter Wallenfels was active in local politics for the FDP in the town council of Wiesbaden. He is a member of the Rotary Club, of "Lebenshilfe" and other non-profit organizations. In the book trade, Dieter Wallenfels is known as a price-maintenance trustee of the German publishers.

Dieter Wallenfels advises you in particular in the fields of copyright and publishing law as well as of competition and cartel law. In the field of law of succession, his activities focus on the counselling in testamentary matters.
