Dr. Stauder is a partner of our law firm in Wiesbaden that he joined as a lawyer in 1992 after passing his legal examinations and doing his doctorate.

Dr. Stauder disposes of experience from many years of successful work in practical consulting as well as also in the field of forensics. He is competently at your side in matters of private and public building law, contract-award law, insurance law, law relating to medical practitioner's liability as well as commercial agency law.
 
Dr. Stauder is a member of the working groups for "Building Law" and "Insurance Law" of the German Bar Association (DAV) and a panel lawyer of the CDH (Central Association of German Trade Associations for Agency and Distribution).
